What Our Guarantee Covers

You may give us information about you through the following:

Material Defects: If a restoration or implant fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace it at no charge.
Technical Errors: If a treatment fails due to a verified technical issue by our team, it will be corrected at no cost.

Regular Routine Check-ups & Oral Hygiene Visits Are Required

To maintain the validity of your guarantee, you must attend a check-up and professional hygiene visit every six (6) months. These routine visits are essential to:

Detect early signs of issues (e.g., gum disease, minor fractures, occlusal overload) before they lead to major failures.
Ensure that your prosthetics, implants, and restorations remain in good condition and receive timely adjustments if needed.
Maintain proper oral hygiene, as poor hygiene is a leading cause of implant failure, peri-implantitis, and prosthetic issues.

Important Clarification:

Regular check-ups and hygiene visits do not guarantee that no failures will occur. The guarantee does not mean that Denta Clinic will cover retreatment for biological or patient-related failures (such as gum disease, bone loss, or untreated bruxism). The purpose of these visits is to help prevent issues and maintain your treatment’s longevity, but the patient must also take responsibility for their daily oral care and health.

Failure to attend check-ups automatically voids the guarantee, as we cannot be responsible for undetected or untreated conditions caused by neglect.

When the Guarantee is Reduced or Invalidated

The guarantee is void if any of the following occur:

Neglect of Oral Hygiene: Failure to maintain proper brushing, flossing, or regular cleanings.
Failure to Follow Clinical Advice: Ignoring recommendations such as wearing a night guard for bruxism or scheduling necessary follow-ups.
Improper Use or Maintenance: Not using or caring for removable prosthetics, such as overdentures, as instructed.
Missed Routine Dental Check-Ups: Patients must attend check-ups at least every 6 months for the guarantee to remain valid.
Gum or Bone Deterioration: If bone loss, gum recession, or systemic changes lead to treatment failure, the guarantee is not applicable.
Significant Weight Changes: Rapid weight loss or gain can affect oral structures and prosthetic fit, voiding the guarantee.
General Health Conditions: Systemic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, osteoporosis, chemotherapy effects) that affect bone or gum health void the guarantee.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by trauma, accidents, or third parties is not covered.
Smoking or Drug Use: Tobacco, alcohol, and drug use significantly increase the risk of treatment failure and void the guarantee.
Unfulfilled Financial Obligations: If payment for the treatment has not been completed as agreed upon, the guarantee does not apply.

Exclusions – What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Allergies and Pre-existing Conditions: If previously undetected allergies or underlying tooth conditions emerge, they are not covered.
Bruxism (Teeth Grinding) Damage: If a protective night guard was recommended but not worn, fractures or chipping are not covered.
Third-Party Alterations: If another dentist or technician modifies or treats the restoration, the guarantee is void.
Temporary Restorations: Temporary crowns, bridges, and dentures are not covered.
Bone Grafting & Sinus Lifts: These procedures are unpredictable and are not covered under the guarantee.
Tooth Whitening: Results vary based on individual response and are not guaranteed.
Patient-Selected Aesthetic Issues: If a patient selects a specific shade, shape, or design that they later dislike, replacement is not covered.
Root Canal Treatment Risks: If a crown or bridge preparation unexpectedly causes a root canal need, the clinic does not assume responsibility for this additional treatment.

If Your Implant Fails and a New Prosthesis is Needed

If an implant fails and requires replacement, the associated crown, bridge, or prosthesis may also need replacement. The financial responsibility is shared as follows:

Clinic covers prosthetic replacement if failure is implant-related.
