At Denta Clinic, we understand that dental treatments can be costly, which is why we offer the option of finance to help you manage the expenses.

Our finance partner, Dental Finance (V12 Retail Finance Limited), provides a straightforward and affordable way to pay for all types of dental treatments with a range of 0% and low-interest funding options that allow you to spread the cost over an agreed period.

With our interest-free credit option, you can spread the cost of your dental treatment over 6 or 18 months for treatments of £600 and above. You only pay for your treatment and nothing else. With 0% finance, you won’t be charged any interest on the loan amount, and no deposit is required. Your total treatment cost will be divided over the number of months you choose to pay it off.

Our application process is simple and quick. After discussing your treatment plan with your dentist and agreeing on a payment plan that suits your budget, you can complete your application. The approval process usually takes only a few minutes. Once approved, you can sign the agreement and start your treatment. The agreed monthly payment will be collected by direct debit.

Who can benefit?

Almost anyone, if you are over 18 and a UK resident, subject to status and usual credit checks. You don’t have to belong to a membership plan and you don’t need to be a regular visitor at this practice. Access to facilities will be subject to an online credit application.

What can I use it for?

You can use a payment plan to pay for most treatments, and are particularly suited to cosmetic, aesthetic, orthodontic or dental implant work. Please ask a member of our reception team if you would like to check if your treatment is eligible.

How much can I borrow?

Dependent upon the type of credit, you can borrow from £600. This will be subject to status. Most patients receive a decision on their application within a day so they can agree their treatment plan soon after your check-up. Please speak to us about what options are available to you.

How do I make the repayments?

Much like any other finance facilities, you repay them in monthly payments over an agreed term. These payments are collected by Direct Debit.

How much will I pay?

With our interest-free facilities, you pay the cost of your treatment – no more, no less. We can provide you with a quotation that shows the monthly payment over the term of the loan. There are no hidden costs and an upfront deposit isn’t always necessary.

What are the repayment terms?

Designated members of the practice team will be able to go through the various terms with you and agree the most suitable repayment period.

How do I apply?

Once you’ve agreed on a course of treatment – and a cost – with your clinician, we’ll take some basic details and email you the application to complete at your own convenience. As soon as the completed application has been approved and processed you’ll receive written confirmation from the credit provider. It’s as simple as that!

How long does approval take?

The application takes just a few minutes to complete and the decision is given instantly.

Who is the credit provider?

The dental practice, Denta Clinic Limited and V12 Retail Finance Limited are credit brokers and not lenders. Denta Clinic introduces practices to V12, V12 only offers credit products from Secure Trust Bank PLC.

What if the cost of treatment changes?

We will let you know as soon as the situation arises. Should treatment costs increase, you can, depending on the amount, choose to have an additional finance option to cover the extra costs, subject to further credit status and affordability checks. If costs decrease, options can be discussed with the credit provider.

How often can I use the facility?

You can apply for a payment plan for each course of treatment, subject to status.
